國民黨中常會今天(28日)下午將通過中常委臨時提案，修改不分區立委提名辦法，將立法院長的提名屆數由「連任兩屆」改為「不受限」。對此，國民黨主席、總統參選人朱立倫上午受訪時表示，修改辦法是建立制度，會中也將提出國會改革重點，包括議長中立化、協商透明化以及提升議事效率等。

對於外傳國民黨將立法院長王金平列為不分區第一名，朱立倫強調，今天的中常會只是討論不分區立委提名辦法，不會討論個別的提名問題。
